Job Title Timekeeping Administrator

Description Position Summary
Responsible for daily operations, ensuring that all processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner. Enforces company policies and responsible for identifying and implementing improvements in operational processes. Administers the timekeeping process, reconciliations, software maintenance and other duties related to the timekeeping system.
Job Responsibilities
+ Act as lead in all processes ensuring accurate and timely data entry, proper coding, processing, and authorization on all time.keeping transactions

+ Maintain internal control procedures, enforce policy compliance and report on non.compliance within SAP and eTime systems.

+ Ensure the effective and timely implementation and testing of all timekeeping systems and updates; maintains knowledge of all departmental computer systems and assists staff as needed

+ Develop best practices to improve efficiency of processes, make recommendations to management regarding technology and strategy for improving internal processes that maximize productivity and accuracy

+ Maintain files and documentation in accordance with company and retention policies
Education
+ Bachelor's Degree in related field
Experience
5. years of practical timekeeping and/or payroll experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines and handle confidential information.

+ Strong written and oral communication skills including writing and editing policies and procedures.

+ Conflict resolution ability and a professional and flexible manner are required.

+ Ability to interact well with a wide range of employees across all levels.

+ Working knowledge of time systems in SAP.
