Description Position Summary
Works as part of a New York City Precision Medicine Consortium to enroll participants into the NIH.funded All of Us Research Program. This is a nationwide effort to establish a National Specimen and Health Data Biobank.
Job Responsibilities
+ Responsible for the enrollment of patients. Ensures proper consent protocols have been followed for program participation.

+ Responsible for completing study procedures as required. This includes taking blood pressure, pulse and height/weight of patients, as well as administering questionnaires.

+ Collects patient specimens, such as blood, saliva and urine, and submits them as required by the program.

+ Performs patient follow.up as needed, ensuring that study procedures and documentation is consistent with NIH regulations.

+ Maintains electronic and hard.copy study files; responsible for data entry as needed.

+ If required, may need to perform phlebotomy but will be trained appropriately before engaging in these activities.

+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
+ Bachelor's Degree in related field
Bi.lingual .English/Spanish. is desirable.
Database management experience is helpful.
Previous clinical research experience is helpful.
Previous experience in qualitative interviewing is helpful.
Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.
Experience with conducting and carrying out protocols and research coordination preferred, including experience obtaining informed consent.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to interact with multiple constituencies.

+ Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and database applications.

+ Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail.

+ Demonstrated ability to exercise standards of professionalism, including appearance, presentation and demeanor.
Licenses and Certifications
+ Certification in phlebotomy
