Description Position Summary
Provides administrative support to department specific programs and initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
+ Assists with the planning, organization and implementation of program.related activities and events.

+ Coordinates calendars and schedules appointments and meetings. Prioritizes requests for meetings and coordinates the necessary arrangements for meetings.

+ May represent the program at meetings and/or conduct trainings within the community if needed.

+ If applicable, screens and responds to consultation requests associated with the program. Facilitates outside resources through governmental and community.based agencies as needed.

+ Maintains inventory of supplies and/or equipment. May order supplies/equipment as authorized or ensures that needs are escalated appropriately. Receives supply orders and confirms accuracy of delivery. May assist with cost control.

+ Responsible for procurement activities related to goods, services, and/or equipment as needed.

+ Responsible for disbursement/reimbursement activities as needed.

+ May be responsible for managing program budgets.

+ Responsible for creating and/or maintaining databases. Assists with data analysis.

+ Performs other related tasks such as assisting in organizing and duplicating materials, filing, editing documents/presentations, report writing, outreach activities and meeting minutes.
Education
+ High School Diploma
Experience
Previous related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

+ Well.organized and detail.oriented.

+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

+ Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and exercise good judgment in a dynamic, fast.paced environment.

+ Effective oral and written communication skills.

+ Strong problem.solving skills.
