Position Summary

Responsible for developing and executing focused B2B marketing initiatives across the Physician Organization\. This role is a key contributor to revenue growth\.

Job Responsibilities

+ Develops and manages B2B referral relationships across Weill Cornell Medicine\. Visits targeted medical practices around within NYC to maximize marketing exposure to physicians and health care providers\.

+ Develops B2B sales and marketing plans for medical practices across clinical service lines to increase referral patterns\. Conceives marketing plans with awareness and consideration tactics to increase the pipeline of referrals from external sources\.

+ Establishes, solicits and builds profitable business relationships\. Addresses and resolves concerns of external medical practices\.

+ Leverages and tracks data using Business Intelligence platforms to make informed decisions and optimize plans\.

+ Works with marketing and creative teams to assist in the creation of new sales collateral and B2B communications campaigns\.

+ Assists with developing new prospects\. Identifies opportunities, new target markets, generates new leads and provides competitive intelligence\.

+ Allocates, manages and maintains budgets\.

+ As needed, performs and identifies gap analysis; communicates with relevant team leaders to illicit behavior changes that will impact B2B referral performance\.

+ Facilitates physician networking events, dinners and other physician\-to\-physician relationship building activities\.

+ Collaborates with colleagues to enhance onboarding communications and outreach plans internally and externally\.

+ Oversees the effectiveness of referral relationships with the ability to identify and communicate barriers or any operational hurdles to supervisors in a timely manner to advocate for change on behalf of physician groups\.


+ Bachelor's Degree


Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field\.

Previous experience within the healthcare sector \(public health agencies, non\-profits, healthcare institutions or agencies\)\.

5\-7 years of related marketing experience focused on business development, inside sales, or sales support\.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

+ Skilled communicator who can conduct business building dialogue and consultative solutions at all levels of the organization\.

+ Solutions oriented relationship builder\.

+ Creative and collaborative individual willing to take a hands\-on approach to enhance the POs performance while efficiently using resources\.
