Associate Vice President, Enrollment Management
The Associate Vice President, Enrollment Management, reports directly to the Vice President, Student Services. With authority delegated by the Vice President, the Associate Vice President directs essential aspects of the Division's efforts to support the College's overall mission, strategic plan, and goals. The Associate Vice President is responsible for the management of all functions related to enrollment management. The Associate Vice President promotes and sustains the division's commitment to excellence and innovation in serving a diverse student body and college community. The Associate Vice President assists the division in responding to emerging issues, trends, and community needs, providing internal leadership that supports MCC's regional and national reputation as a leader among best practices colleges.

Dean of Humanities and Social Sciences
The Dean has general responsibility for the quality of the courses, programs, activities, faculty, staff, and resources of the departments within the Schools, which include Anthropology/History/Political Science/Sociology, English/Philosophy, Psychology, Visual and Performing Arts, and World Languages and Cultures. This Dean is also responsible for the Honors Institute, the Office of Global Education and International Services, and the Writing Across the Curriculum program. The Dean serves as a leader to affirm the humanities and social sciences as the core of liberal arts education and the foundation of professional preparation, articulating the value of these disciplines to constituents within and beyond the college.

Dean, School of Health Sciences & Physical Wellness and School of Science Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM)
The Dean has general responsibility for the quality of the courses, programs, activities, faculty, staff, and resources of the departments within the Schools, which include Biology, Chemistry/Geosciences, Engineering Science/Physics, Health and Physical Education, Health Professions, Mathematics, and Nursing. The Dean works closely with the Assistant Vice President for Economic Development and Innovative Workforce Services to support the Applied Technologies, Engineering Technologies, and Information and Computer Technologies departments. This Dean is also responsible for CSTEP, STEP, and LSAMP grant programs.
