Description Position Summary
Facilitates departmental initiatives by providing project management and administrative support This role plays an important role of ensuring that all marketing projects are on track, coordinated to minimize duplication and completed timely
Job Responsibilities
+ May coordinate various events and handle arrangements, briefing packages, travel arrangements and vendors.

+ Maintains a central database of departmental events and projects.

+ Manages correspondence, such as thank you notes, with sponsors, donors, patients and families as appropriate.

+ Assists in the implementation of departmental marketing plans.

+ Supports implementation of branding templates by providing guidance, as needed.

+ Provides regular metrics reporting on web site performance, traffic patterns, and other reports as directed.

+ Reviews and responds to general public/patient inquiries as needed or assigned.

+ Helps develop marketing material, including brochures, posters, newsletters and flyers.

+ Coordinates and supports ongoing social media efforts.

+ Updates content on departmental website.
Education
+ High School Diploma
Experience
Approximately 3 years of experience in an academic, healthcare or non.profit marketing environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
