Position Summary

Under direct supervision, is responsible for providing clerical support and monitoring access within his/her assigned building

Job Responsibilities

+ Assists with orienting and training new staff on policies and procedures\.

+ Monitors access to the property and checks for valid identification\.

+ Greets all residents and guests upon entry\. Announces and registers guests\. Monitors the arrival and departure of vendors or contractors\.

+ Ensures safety of residents\. Responds to emergency situations and regulates unauthorized activity\. Escalates issues as needed\.

+ Receives, sorts and distributes mail within the department\. Accepts and signs for package deliveries\.

+ Ensures that the Lobby Desk is secured and attended to at all times\.

+ Distributes communications and correspondence to building residents\.

+ Maintains a log of shift activity\. Escalates any issues or concerns\.
