  • Opportunity at a Glance

     

    The Group Director, Finance and Infrastructure (GDFI) provides vision, leadership, planning and management for the development, and implementation of the annual budgets, policies and goals for their assigned group.  The GDFI directs Information Technology and Facilities functions for locations within the group comprised of approximately 6 or more locations ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures, and regulatory agencies. This leader is charged with being a role model for our University TEACH values and fosters a culture of CARE consistent with our University mission, vision, and purpose.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates the Group’s fiscal function and performance.
    • Communicates and drives the implementation of the Home Office technology, service and product related initiatives.
    • Leads a team comprised of 7 direct reports on average and manages the attraction, retention, performance, and development of their colleagues.
    • Manages maintenance of the campus and centers within Group.
    • Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory standards, serving as primary contact for SOX and financial/IT audits.

    Completes other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting required. Master’s degree pred.
    • 3 to 5 years of related experience.
    • Multi-site or remote management required; experience in a regulated environment pred.
