Position Summary

Provides administrative and programmatic support to activities related to students within EMBA/MS in Healthcare Leadership graduate program\.

Job Responsibilities

+ Coordinates new student matriculation processes, including, but not limited to, liaising with the Offices of the Registrar, Financial Aid, Information Technology, and Student Accounting\.

+ Tracks all onboarding and orientation materials and updates new student website content\.

+ Creates detailed application reports weekly for departmental and graduate school leadership and creates activity reports as needed\.

+ Responsible for tracking all student education activities and maintaining student records\.

+ Ensures payments and expenses related to program activities are processed accurately and in a timely fashion\.

+ Coordinates logistics of class weekends, special events, residential session, such as reserving rooms, catering, AV, etc\.

+ Manages and maintains inventory to support program needs\.

+ Responds to inquiries from current students in a timely manner\.

+ Performs other related duties as assigned


+ High School Diploma


Bachelor's degree is preferred\.

Approximately 2 years of related work experience\.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

+ Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail\.

+ Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills\.

+ Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and database applications\.

+ Ability to multi\-task and self\-prioritize work\.

+ Ability to remain focused in the face of pressure, deliver against timelines and not be intimidated by tasks/time limitations

+ Ability to treat confidential information with utmost discretion\.

+ Ability to exercise standards of professionalism, including appearance, presentation and demeanor\.

+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative manner with all departmental faculty and staff, as well as other institutional representatives\.
