Description Position Summary
Under direction of the Grants and Finance Manager, the Finance and Data Coordinator conducts financial activities and other assigned projects for the Graduate School. This position is responsible for data in the Student system of record.
Job Responsibilities
+ Communicates and escalates discrepancies and issues appropriately to ensure resolution.

+ Coordinates time entry for the office and ensures timekeeping activity is accurate and timely.

+ Liaises with Registrar's Office and other key departments to ensure best practices are being followed. Shares and distributes data as needed and requested.

+ Maintains, files and keeps updated vendor contracts .Xerox, Verizon, others..

+ Prepares ad hoc reports using information from the student system of record, as directed by the Administrative Director. Assists in preparation of presentation material, as requested.

+ Responsible for data in student system of record. Monitors data to ensure accuracy. Corrects data as needed.
Education
+ High school diploma or GED
Experience
Two years related experience.
