Description Position Summary
Under direction, collects, evaluates and prepares statistical data to assist in strategic planning and improvement initiatives focused on work flow processes, quality and cost
Job Responsibilities
+ Provides staff with analysis and performance metrics aimed at evaluating workflows, quality and cost effectiveness.

+ Collects and processes data used to identify patterns and trends with admitted and discharged patients so as to enhance processes and quality of care. Compares institutional trends with industry and geographic trends.

+ Investigates and analyzes key metrics within the patient flow process, including wait times, staffing, room utilization, etc.

+ Assists in planning and implementing report related projects to help support performance improvement efforts and data analysis. Designs report templates to ease interpretation of results.

+ Generates reports for analysis.
+ High School Diploma
Approximately 2 years of prior related experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze statistical data.
