Position Summary







Manages the Institution's corporate credit card programs and the Single\-Use Accounts \(SUA\), for both the US and Qatar campuses\.







Job Responsibilities







+ Manages the organizations corporate card programs, including procurement cards, executive travel cards, emergency procedure P\-Cards, and Vendor Single\-Use Accounts \(SUA\)\.



+ Manages and evaluates corporate card program effectiveness, continuously developing and implementing improved methods and program strategies, and proactively pursuing desired outcomes\.



+ Identifies metrics of program success and builds performance\-monitoring system\(s\)\.



+ Manages, creates and maintains policies and standard operating procedures for corporate credit card programs and other essential functions within the division\.



+ Oversees support provided to customers for daily activities\. Support includes policy interpretation, training, issuance/replacement of cards, program controls, fraud issues/disputes cases/lost or stolen cards & maintaining transaction records\.



+ Provides leadership & extensive customer support for suppliers registered with Single\-Use\-Account Program\. Support includes registering/activating suppliers, providing overview of the program, reconciling/reissuing payments & addressing lost/stolen cards\.



+ Manages and maintains all financial system applications that relate to corporate card programs\.



+ Oversees month\-end procedures, ie\., reconciliations of general ledger liability accounts, SUA reconciliations, reconciliations of P\-Card\(s\), submission of transaction reports & processing of general ledger accruals for unallocated/unapproved transactions\.



+ Processes and monitors daily payments to vendors, balances daily corporate card transactions and processes monthly payments to each corporate card programs supporting financial institution\.



+ Manages and performs auditing procedures to monitor and review transaction compliance with corporate card policies and procedures and prepares detailed reports of all findings and warning notifications\.



+ Represents WCM at seminars and conferences that relate to purchasing and corporate credit cards; gives presentations on the corporate card policies and practices as needed\.



+ Oversees support staff in the performance of their responsibilities\.



+ Performs other related duties as assigned\.







Education







+ Bachelor's Degree in related field







Experience







Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance preferred\.







Prior experience with a corporate card program preferred\.







Experience in auditing and accounting\.







Approximately 4\-6 years of related experience\.







Knowledge, Skills and Abilities







+ Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and database applications\.



+ Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail\.



+ Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills in person, via email and on the telephone\.



+ Self\-starter who requires little supervision\.



+ Team player\.



+ Salesmanship to contact vendors and sell them on SUA



+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet time line constraints/deadlines\.



+ Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills\.



+ Ability to comprehend and translate technical issues



+ Ability to work across functional lines to resolve issues and problems\.
