Position Summary

Under supervision, provides logistical and operational support to the Clinical Skills Center, including the support of the Standardized Patient Program

Job Responsibilities

+ Generates reports for analysis\.

+ Maintains inventory of supplies, equipment and/or reagents\. May order supplies/equipment/reagents as authorized or ensure that needs are escalated appropriately\. Receives supply orders and confirms accuracy of delivery\. May assist with cost control\.

+ Coordinates calendars and schedules appointments and meetings\. Prioritizes requests for meetings and coordinates the necessary arrangements for meetings\.

+ Initiates and prepares written correspondence as needed and based on functional needs\.

+ Answers phones, responds to inquiries and triages calls to appropriate personnel\.

+ Receives, sorts and distributes mail; accepts and signs for package deliveries\.

+ Assists with scheduling, logistical session planning and project planning to achieve program goals and objectives\.

+ Assists with the preparation of materials for each Standardized Patient encounter session, including assignments, handouts, checklists, evaluations\.

+ Assists with preparation of the annual budget\.

+ Tracks expenses and maintains financial records\.

+ Ensures that Standardized Patients are properly documented with the Human Resources Department\.

+ Oversees the Standardized Patient time sheets, payment schedules and payroll preparation to ensure proper payments for services performed\.

+ Handles cash and related payments, verifies accuracy of receipts\.

+ Maintains case files, session blueprints and student performance records as they relate to the standardized patient program\.

+ Assists in the development and maintenance of promotional materials\.

+ Creates templates for tracking documents\.

+ Prepares materials for meetings and presentations\.


+ High school diploma or GED


Approximately 3\-5 years of related experience
