Position Summary



Under general supervision, performs central management and auditing of essential data points in the Clinical Trials Management System \(CTMS\)\.



Job Responsibilities



+ Enters and verifies protocol level data for all new studies, including initiation of scientific review process\. Provides support to investigators and study team to complete protocol level updates\.

+ Completes subject enrollments and verifies subject level data\. Performs periodic audits of staff enrollments to ensure a high level of accuracy and data quality\.

+ Works with ITS to troubleshoot interface issues with integrated systems\.

+ Performs audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the CTMS\. Executes reports to monitor data quality and completeness\.

+ Develops, reviews and updates end\-user guidance documents\. Participates in training for investigators and study teams, as needed\.

+ Participates in refinement and improvement of CTMS capabilities by collaborating with ITS, vendor, and SMEs to ensure superior performance\. Tests system upgrades, troubleshoots application issues, and coordinates enhancements as needed\.

+ Facilitates incoming clinical trial opportunities and discusses interest with investigators in all disease areas\.

+ Performs other related duties as directed\.



Education



+ Bachelor's Degree



Experience



Related work experience can substittute for formal education\.



Approximately two years of prior experience in a clinical research setting\.

+ Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail\.

+ Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills\.

+ Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and database applications\.

+ Demonstrated ability to multi\-task and prioritize in a fast\-paced environment\.

+ Demonstrated ability to remain focus despite frequent interruptions\.

+ Ability to treat confidential information with utmost discretion\.

+ Demonstrated ability to exercise standards of professionalism, including appearance, presentation and demeanor\.

+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative manner with all departmental faculty and staff, as well as other institutional representatives\.
