Responsibilities:\u0026nbsp;

  • Excellent delivery of courses across all modalities.
  • Perform the duties of National Faculty Chair over Project Management programs within the College of Business and Management and Keller Graduate School of Management.
  • Contribute to the University and one\u0026rsquo;s professional development via the following activities:
    • Engage in scholarly activity, including course development, assessment support, and keeping up to date in ones field of study.
    • Advising and mentoring of students.
    • Advising and mentoring of Visiting Professors.
    • Engagement and support for group programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Below are the minimum requirements of the education, experience, knowledge, and skills required to competently perform in this position. Required Qualifications:

  • Any earned doctorate along with Project Management Professional certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) (or equivalent project management or related certification). The PMP certification attests to the candidate\u0026rsquo;s competency in industry standards and experience level. The PMP must be kept current to remain certified for this position. Maintaining PMP currency requires documentation of Professional Development Units through the PMI organization (or equivalent organization).
  • 5 years minimum experience as a project, program, or portfolio manager in an organization. Direct evidence of this experience to be highlighted in the submitted materials.
  • All Degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • The candidate should show excellence in teaching and demonstrate a strong research record/potential through publications and/or pipeline that would include working papers or papers under review.
  • A degree from an AACSB or ACBSP accredited institution is encouraged.
  • Experience teaching web-based courses, building/managing academic programs, participation in university committees, participation in local/national professional organizations, past successful professional experiences with groups from diverse backgrounds.
  • Five years previous teaching experience preferred
