Position Summary

Provides a wide range of administrative and secretarial support to the division of Radiology Compliance\.

Job Responsibilities

+ Responsible for time entry, processing of moonlighting request payments, maintaining monthly activity reports and providing vacation/conference time balance when requested\.

+ Liaises with departmental leadership and HR Department to process personnel changes\.

+ Assists in credentialing new faculty members and with the onboarding of students\. Tracks employee new hire trainings\.

+ Serves as back\-up in processing appointments, reappointments, and faculty terminations for Research academics

+ Assists with submitting immigration paperwork to HR for employees with expiring visas\.

+ Assists in managing calendar\(s\) of senior leadership as needed\.

+ Tracks the expiration dates of physician licenses, DEA, and billing compliance via the daily dashboard and sends out reminders to physicians to complete required tasks\.

+ Ensures all physicians have completed their time studies\. Contacts physicians with reminders to complete when they are past due\.

+ Receives, sorts and distributes mail; accepts and signs for package deliveries\.

+ Assists with special projects as needed\.


+ High School Diploma


Bachelor's degree is preferred\.

Approximately 3 years of related experience\.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

+ Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail\.

+ Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to interact with multiple constituencies and exercise "people skills"\.

+ Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and database applications\.
