Position Summary



Under guidance, provides a wide range of administrative and financial support to Center for Health Equity\.



Job Responsibilities



+ Manages \(non\-personnel\) budget of the Center for Health Equity and prepares financial transactions including payment requisitions, reimbursements, honoraria\.

+ Develops agendas, presentations, reports, and records and distributes meeting minutes\.

+ Provide administrative support to any of the Cores as needed\. Research and support new initiatives\.

+ Serve as the fellowship coordinator for Health Equity Research Fellowship\. Responsible for coordination of faculty and fellow recruitment\.

+ Works to support all Center events and meetings and coordinates the necessary arrangements\. Manages seminar series which includes communicating with speakers, preparing and disseminating flyers, reserving rooms\.

+ Maintains and updates listservs, communicates with Center members, disseminates information to internal community\. Collect, organize and disseminate updates from Core Faculty Leads\.



Education



+ High School Diploma



Experience



Bachelor's degree preferred\.



Approximately 2 years of related experience providing secretarial support to senior leadership\.



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities



+ Ability to communicate effectively\.
