Position Summary

Provides administrative and participant support for the All of Us Precision Medicine Research Program\.

Job Responsibilities

+ Determines program eligibility and navigate participants through all aspects of study enrollment

+ Provides in\-person, telephone and email based communication with interested participants

+ Schedules timely appointments using Microsoft Outlook and EPIC scheduling applications

+ Performs accurate data entry for all participant interactions using REDCap / SalesForce

+ Assembles database information, prepares reports and graphs, visualizing program metrics

+ Promotes program following guidance from communications staff

+ Drafts memos and correspondence, answers and screens calls, handles routine inquiries and refers calls to appropriate parties

+ Assists Program Director in the preparation of meetings and presentations, including crafting agendas, reserving conference rooms, setting A/V equipment, taking minutes, and ordering food

+ Responsible for monitoring inventory and ordering supplies \(clinical and marketing materials\)

+ Prepares, submits and tracks travel/business expense reimbursements

+ Perform other duties as required\.


+ Bachelor's Degree in related field


Bilingual preferred \(Spanish or Mandarin\) preferred

Experience with EPIC scheduling preferred

1\-2 years of customer service experience in a hotline or telephone based environment preferred

Customer service oriented, driven to provide a positive interaction with all stakeholders

Enjoys communicating and building relationships with diverse populations

Has an engaging and friendly demeanor and attuned to participant needs

Strong verbal, written communication skills

Demonstrated Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize work in a fast\-paced environment

3\-4 years of administrative experience highly desired

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

+ Demonstrated strong analytical skills

+ Ability to treat confidential information with utmost discretion\.
